This newsletter brings industry news and insights, the trends in museums visitors' experience, and the digital and technology landscape for museums and collections galleries.
A new survey on the role of technology in the museum's visitors' experience is available now. "Technology only works when it integrates naturally into the narrative, amplifying the story without overwhelming it. Innovation is therefore not a value "in itself," but a narrative accelerator."
The survey is promoted by the National School of Cultural Heritage and Activities as part of the Dicolab—Digital Culture program, with the support of the Ministry of Culture—Digital Library and funded by the European Union—Next Generation EU.
